Republicans vote against bills and then come out in favour of the policy or the spending

to the people of their district after voting no (or not voting in the case of Rubio and Hurricane Ian funding). This reminds me of all the Republicans who voted no on infrastructure but take credit for the infrastructure spending when they are back home in their districts. They are having their cake and eating it too. There is so much noise that hypocrisy doesn't get picked up. The noise machine. Scott and Rubio embraced as a practice what the anti infrastructure Republicans came to in an ad hoc basis. It is now in the planning. IMHO
