the midterm voting doesn't start until roughly one month from now.

And this remark that tRUMP initiated this action?

I doubt this. I suspect that because of production increases in Sept. 2022, they (the Saudi) are simply adjusting their temporary increases (as they said in early Sept. 22) back downwards.
