Developers, realtors, mortgage bankers, buyers, state government...WTF? It's Florida. Stop rolling the dice. Hurricanes are going to come every year. It one doesn't hit your area this year it might the next or the next.

Insurance companies seem to be abandoning the state. They're the smart ones.

One simple thing might help...require life vests for every home, condo and apartment buildings to cut down on the drowning. That's not hard to do.
