(7,850 posts)are no match for Garland and the DOJ's best and brightest..and appealing to deranged Ginni's bedmate Clarence is theater... the DOJ has the documents and Trump can throw a temper tantrum, demand their return, sue Garland, the DOJ, and God but he ain't getting them back...on a side note..I do so enjoy watching Trump's "team" (Judge C'mon Aileen included) prostitute themselves in the name of Trump...I'm sure he's grateful...

(7,867 posts)...but why are there being electronic versions of these sensitive documents being shared with the Trump team to begin with? They already tried to obstruct turning them over; do you trust that they won't print out copies, or take screenshots, or take pictures on their phones of these documents? If the Trump team wants to view them, they should do so in person, in a protected location that can be monitored/guarded to ensure that they do not further mishandle them.
Now, maybe someone that is more informed than me can point out the error in my thinking, if there are any...

(33,148 posts)And, if so, I apologize.
I believe after the court rulings this agreement only covers the miscellaneous documents and not the classified material which Trump has yet to demonstrate a need-to-know.
In the horde theres most likely other material of interest to other ongoing investigations. That is what Trump is trying to keep control of at this point.

We should assume everything could be out in the public domain at some point.
Too many people involved now to keep things secure.
