Russians complain that it is impossible to call the number given to the russian soldiers to voluntarily surrender, because the line is always busy. They are asking to create more hotlines for surrender)

instructing/encouraging them how to overtake their company, battalion, division or army that wants to
surrender. That way it's only one phone call for a bunch of people. If whole units start surrendering,
