Karen Bass' Lead Over Rick Caruso Shrinks As LA Mayoral Election Campaign Enters Final Weeks: Poll
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A new poll shows the gap between the two candidates for Los Angeles mayor is shrinking.
The new UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies poll puts Rep. Karen Bass ahead of businessman Rick Caruso - 34% to 31% among all voters.
Caruso is now just 3 points behind -- which is within the poll's margin of error. In August, Caruso trailed by 12 points.
Among likely voters, Bass still leads by 15 points - 46% to 31%.

In pointing out that crime is worse in RED states 
Doesn't help that we have a so-called liberal media which is not liberal but mostly orporate and chasing ad dollars. Yeah, they miss those days when they were hauling in money wth that illigitimate, treasonous liar tRump was in office destroying this country with his treasonous fat behind.
We have a murder problem in America — especially in red states.
For the last two years, the nation has been awash in news accounts about soaring violent crime and murder in cities and states run by Democrats. That narrative is ubiquitous, particularly in conservative media, where Democratic mayors are routinely called out and excoriated for turning a blind eye to crime. That story is half right and half — to be charitable — lazy and wrong.

Because it WORKS for the GQP US Taliban "Let's make 10 year old girls have her rapists baby" Party, who continually talks about how bad crime is in Chicago, and they stay on repeating that lie, and if it's one thing the GQP knows how to do it's repeat lie after lie after lie with so much conviction. But then again, the so-called liberal news media for the most part never call them out. And of course most Dems really don't combat GQP LIES with FACTS. Even if no one listens to Dems KEEP repeating fact anyway.
And of course the so-called liberal, but not really liberal at all news media which is mostly right-winged, corporate and greedy for ad dollars KEEP parroting the GQP lie how BAD crime is in Chicago. It's always Chicago
I no longer listen to NPR any longer because they now go the bothsiderism route too much, or THEY parrot GQP lies and talking points. I get most of my news from alternative news sources or from overseas news sources. Dems really need to improve there messaging skills, but I don't see that happening. Even Pres. Obama said that he should have spoken out a lot more on what he accomplished during his two terms a potus.
