Tax evasion (maybe; could be aggressive accounting) and some question about the procedure for buying a pistol (probably) got nothing to do with what Trump was trying to spin on Joe.

Misleading title. It's INVESTIGATORS/AGENTS saying this. However, it's not up to the investigators/agents what does and doesn't get charged and goes to trial. And they need a little more than "we think." When I hear Federal Prosecutors have filed charges, then I'll pay attention.
