Hers is apparently one of them. Maybe it's a place with weak media penetration other than Fox Noise and right wing print media for the 173 literates who live there.

In the old East Germany, most of the population knew the government media was lying to them because they got West German TV and radio. But in a small enclave near the Czech border, their antennae couldn't pick up western media. What part of the old East Germany had the greatest percentage of rigidly unquestioning, loyal socialists?
