If she did, and didn't report the classified docs, she is screwed. If she didn't, and told the ny judge she did, she is screwed.

She filed the affidavit to the new york judge in the case where financial docs were subpoenaed. She wasn't looking for the docs mara was looking for, but she would be responsible to report classified docs.

So sure, she isn't responsible for what she was told, but she is responsible for what she did or didn't do.
