Bannon will be sentenced next week. Then, while sitting in prison,

He will go on trial once again for robbing the brainless Trump voters. While on trial for robbing the Trump voters it is possible he could be indicted for J6. Life is good.

He will probably have his bail continued while the appeal is pending.

And he won't be locked up before trial on the build the wall fraud case.

Appeals accept as a starting point the evidence in the trial. They are open only to misinterpretation of the law or conduct of the trial participants.

He is also facing a fraud charges in New York for using the build the wall funds to line his own pocket.

He's likely not going to prison at the moment. In all likelihood he will get bail well his conviction is being appealed in the 1/6 case.

And there's no way he's gonna wait in jail pending trial in the New York case.

All that money he's gonna lose after the fraud case. Unlike the Dark Money types who've bankrolled his supreme nastiness Bannon is not a billionaire. I don't think he'll be broke but he will be considerably less comfortable and for people like him that matters a lot. He will also be out of the limelight and unable to tweet or blog.

Prisoners are interviewed all the time. Gag orders are only for pending trials and they are very rarely issued even then.

In the past, I think I remember where a "famous" criminal will be forbidden to profit from books or movies about them.

He and all the tRump criminals do need to be silenced. It would be such a relief for us normal people.

Ugly white men love to push conspiracy theories. Why is this? Not good in bed? Not good looking? Not particularly smart? Make something up. You're a white guy. Stupid GQP people will believe you.

because they all live in cities or ignore it because listening to it is painful.

-stone bragged of using talk radio to stop the florida recount in 2000.
-bannon can be seen in photos with carvalho, the Brazilian limbaugh, a guy who broadcast from virginia and who bolsanaro credits with his election success. he died of covid after telling his audiences it as a hoax.
-alex jones is/was a talk radio shithead
-trump is the talk radio president. he depended heavily on his neighbor and golf and dining partner limbaugh.

hopefully carvalho's death is as good for bolsanaro as limbaugh's death is for trump

totally pushed the GQP further to the right, grinding bipartisanship to a halt and created an atmosphere of anger and hatred in listeners that helped elect tfg in 2016. All so networks could rake in the cash.

about 2008 and used him, through manafort, to push palin on mccain. the other blowhards followed and it pushed the whole party right. then they added trump. and the whole radio buzz machine is basically free to them - paid for by idiot advertisers and endorsed by hundreds of unis and pro teams.

it's really disappointing media and the dem party ignore it

New York does not have that law. DC does but the courts have put limitations on it which involve crimes Bannon would not face. Also the DC convictions were misdemeanors which do not qualify for 3 strikes anyway.
