...and demand either an indictment or a resignation by the end of next week.
Yeah, I get that politicizing the DOJ is very bad. Maybe not as bad as a full-on fascist POTUS.

Thank goodness we have Joe Biden in the Oval Office.

If you have any spare time, you might want to read this article about Garland and his history and credentials:
THE INEVITABLE INDICTMENT OF DONALD TRUMP
Merrick Garland hasn't tipped his hand, but it's clear to me that he will bring charges against the former president.

(115,719 posts)and this would be the worst and dumbest thing Biden could do - it would be politically disastrous and could ruin his presidency. I can't think of anything Trumpier than threatening to fire the AG unless he immediately prosecutes a political adversary, even one that deserves prosecuting, and it smacks of the worst authoritarian tendencies of TFG and the GOP.

Justice matters.

While the $150,000 rat has been confronted with his own lying-to-the-fbi felony and offered a cooperation deal to reduce the length of his staying in jail for years to come.
Not going to do any impulsive move there. Trust Joe.

(15,619 posts)By supporting Biden demanding that Garland issue indictments (which is actually the role of the grand jury). Thats not how democracies work.
Now, if you feel strongly that Garland shouldnt be AG, then you should call the WH and demand that Biden fire him.

The media wants you to be suspicious of the most professional ethical competent leadership team in the history of DOJ. And this is from someone who respected and admired former AG Eric Holder.
