Jay Chen: "China's Choice" (Dem candidate CA-45)

Last edited Fri Oct 14, 2022, 05:40 PM - Edit history (1)

I'm in California's 45th Congressional District. Jay Chen is trying to unseat our current rep, Michelle Steel.

Obviously desperate to keep at Steel in office, someone posted signs all over the district, reading

CHINA'S CHOICE
JAY CHEN

It makes me mad! I doubt there are any published reports about such a thing. If they exist, I don't know about it. I don't even know where to look.

One thing I did find: someone created a group (I think) on Facebook. No one has posted or followed.

I'm trying to figure out what made Michelle Steel such a racist.

Biden won the district in 2020 by six points, but his opponent currently holds a slight edge.

If I were taking the House seriously, this is one of the districts I'd be pouring money into.

Where they pick and choose where to throw money, and those decisions are not always . . . wise.

I've already mailed my ballot in Cali, but my district is pretty blue.
