Craziest thing about Herschel Walker's fake badge

No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen @NoLieWithBTC 42m
Holy shit. Senator Warnock pointed out that Herschel Walker lied about being a police officer and Walker pulled out an “honorary deputy badge” on stage, insisting he is a cop. Walker is not well.

The craziest thing about Herschel Walker’s badge is I thought he was gonna pull out another kid.

When Walker replied to questions he deflected almost every time to pointing fingers at Warnock instead
of answering the question he was given. Loved the crowd response when he said he'd support tfg in
2024, lot of boos.

Maybe he can take up a new career after he loses.

Lookwell:

A washed-up TV action hero—who at the peak of his career was ceremonially deputized by local law enforcement—falsely believes he can solve crimes in real life.

Too bad it did not become a series - it's pretty darn funny.

Because it’s illegal to impersonate an officer in Georgia.
In fact it’s a felony of up to five years in prison:

Georgia Code

Title 16 - Crimes and Offenses
Chapter 10 - Offenses Against Public Administration
Article 2 - Obstruction of Public Administration and Related Offenses

§ 16-10-23. Impersonating a Public Officer or Employee
Universal Citation: GA Code § 16-10-23 (2020)
A person who falsely holds himself out as a peace officer or other public officer or employee with intent to mislead another into believing that he is actually such officer commits the offense of impersonating an officer and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both.

(Code 1933, § 26-2405, enacted by Ga. L. 1968, p. 1249, § 1; Ga. L. 1986, p. 1059, § 1.)

Cross references.
- Criminal penalty for false representation as representative of peace officer organization for purposes of soliciting donations, selling advertising, and other activities, § 16-9-57.

Impersonation of law enforcement officer by use of motor vehicle or motorcycle designed, equipped, or marked so as to resemble motor vehicle or motorcycle belonging to law enforcement agency, § 40-6-395.

The pink jail jump suit right wing nut loaned it to Walker for the stunt. Maybe it was a movie prop from right wing nut bag Steven Sagal, the fat martial arts TV cop. Both trump humpers that would love a senator in their pocket.

I'm (almost) embarrassed for republicans.

None of the stupid stuff this guy does shocks me any more.

I'm honestly surprised he didn't show up for the debate decked out in his old Georgia Bulldogs football uniform, and challenge Warnock to try and tackle him.
