While Walker attacked over and over, Warnock seemed to be afraid to be seen as being too tough. Republicans NEVER worry about that, they worry about winning, and never say "We can't attack too hard...we might seem to be too mean", which the Democrats do too often, which is why Republicans win elections even when their candidates are pathetically weak.
