1 of the biggest eye openers in my search for my history was seeing a doc about the miami show band. steven travers, 1 of the survivors, has been a major mover to reconciling and telling the true story about the troubles.

there is a new telling of the story on netflix now. not sure how involved steven was in the making, but it is his story.
it will take us a long time to sort out our recent history, and then the hard part- reconciling w our fellow citizens.
