me, i'd pull them up, and deliver them back to the nearest campaign office w a few choice words.

4. Not Illegal In Our County

However, something that is also legal (if on public land), I to pull them out & lay them there so they can't be seen driving by.
There was a court case in Illinois (late 80s, IIRC) that called it protected 1A speech.
One can't take the signs, but leaving them there on the ground, therefore useless, is legitimate counter protest.

we're warming up for the munies in feb here. there's a vermin supreme type guy who has illegal 4 x 8 signs all over.
and of course, 1 was 'destroyed' on the front of his office.
