One USSS intel advisory says Proud Boys "has not been known to engage in civil disobedience and their demonstrations have ended without incidents or arrests”

The Secret Service's Protective Intelligence Division certainly had flagged plenty of threats on social media leading up to Jan 6, like this one that's in our document cache

But when the agency identified extremist groups' protest plans for Jan 6 it downplayed the threat
