About why Paul Manafort was Trump’s campaign manager, why the Trump people had Ukraine aid removed from the GOP platform, why Trump attempted to use Ukraine aid as political leverage, and that’s just off the top of my head.

Surely they must see how Putin has been setting the table for seizing Ukraine, either through political or military means, and that weakening the western alliance and its members has been a part of that effort.

And, there are two main reasons why Trump hates Ukraine:

1 - Zelenskyy wouldn't play ball with Trump in the run-up to the 2020 election.

2 - Trump is a strong ally of Putin, and Putin wants to reconstitute the Soviet Union, which means Ukraine must be absorbed into Russia. The Ukrainians are refusing to do that, and appear to be successfully defending their nation with US, and NATO help.

So, Trump hates Ukraine for resisting Putin's will so successfully, and, therefore, MAGA's also hate Ukraine because Trump does.
I doubt if most MAGA's could even find Ukraine on a map, and they certainly don't know anything about the nation or it's people, and they couldn't care less.
Whatever Trump hates, MAGA's hate.

18. The Biden administration is supporting Ukraine

and they feel they must oppose everything the Biden administration does, no matter what.

MAGA beliefs have long since become religious in nature. It's a weird variant of Christianity, in which Trump is though of as having been appointed by God to "save" America. Therefore, to them, opposition to Trump equals opposition to God - and Trump supports Russia.
