I thought I only saw this on The Big Valley, where post-processing was done to soften
Barbara Stanwyck's appearance. It seems that Kari Lake is using some sort of video filter.
(It's a shame the YT videos are not high definition enough to really see the technique
used when Stanwyck was filmed by herself in close-up cameos).

I have noticed these filters in play for years, lighting and/or filters, for when your reality you aint that fabulous but feel the need to fake it?

Those tricks have been working for the pornography industry for a long time?

I recall panic in porn industry when Blu-Ray format came out (2K res) in 2006.
Meanwhile, cam models, at any moment, 100,000+ people out there manipulating people/video for profit!
