I think those voting for Hershel expect him to vote Republican and entertain and distract with weird statements. They dont want or expect him to know anything.

Here's the bottom line.
OK, two bottom lines.
1) Do GOP voters want to send Walker to DC to "stop Biden" and take back the Senate
and
2) Will enough GOP voters split their ballot and vote for Kemp/Warnock, because Kemp is polling far ahead of Walker.
Analyze THOSE two factors and you'll have the winner/loser.

I don't think that he will win; I think that Georgians are smarter than that.
