You know...
"Dems aren't motivating their base."
"Dems aren't getting their message out."
"Dems have a fat, slow-pitch right down the middle of the plate and refuse to swing."
"Where are the Dems?!"
"Oh No! A Dem refused to debate a crazy person"
"Sure, Democracy, misogyny, racism, hatred and white supremacy are 'important', but have you gone to the gas station lately?"
Makes me wonder if anyone at MSNBC has the phone number of any Democratic politician?
If only MSNBC had some sort of media platform where they could get a Dem to ask these questions to.
If only MSNBC could do something other than a "reporter interviewing another reporter segment".

(15,350 posts)Then an example of how Herschel Walker didn't drool on himself, so he "exceeded expectations".
Then a segment about how Sarah Palin started this entire Retrumplican shitshow, but the Retrumplicans have "successfully" packaged her ignorance and hatred on "better packages" like Karie Lake and Ron Desantis.
That gave them an opportunity to take Katie Hobbs to task for "being invisible" in Arizona.
Then they went to Al Sharpton where he explained that "some people" on the ground in Atlanta didn't have such a bad opinion of the non-drooling guy running for Senate.
Now, I like Reverend Al, but, if they wanted to ask questions about what the Dems are doing, I am sure they have some actual Dem politicians in their rolodex.
Instead, we get the "opinions" of "journalists", and zero follow up, or pushback on those opinions.

(22,165 posts)approved the retention of the KS abortion amendment (to retain this right). Here'a brief summary of the article...
...
Although this was an off-year primary, where turnout is generally very low in past recent elections less than a third of voters turned out to cast their ballots Kansas' early voting surged ahead of the Aug. 2 primary, suggesting voters were highly motivated by the issue of abortion.
Unofficial results Tuesday night from the Kansas Secretary of State's office showed more than 781,500 people voted on the amendment in the state. With 90% of the vote counted as of 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, "No" led with 60.4% to "Yes" at 39.6%
Overall, party officials and politicians are keeping a close eye on how the overturning of Roe v. Wade could galvanize voters ahead of the midterms. According to the CBS News Battleground Tracker, abortion is as an important an issue as the economy and inflation to women under 50. More than two-thirds of women under 50 describe the Republican party as "extreme." But Democrats appear to be disappointed with how their party is handling the issue of abortion. Fifty-nine percent said their party was not doing enough to protect access, whereas the majority of Republicans believe their party is taking the right approach on abortion.
