I've been watching this fucking mook's trial! All I can say is, this fucking mook is a fucking mook!

WAUKESHA - On the first day of the third week of Darrell Brooks Jr.'s homicide and reckless endangerment trial, jurors Monday heard from witnesses who said they saw him south of the parade route after the incident and the man who briefly offered him shelter from the cold.

Brooks, 40, of Milwaukee is representing himself. He is charged with six counts of first-degree intentional homicide, 61 counts of recklessly endangering safety, six counts of hit-and-run causing death, two counts of bail jumping, all felonies, and one count of misdemeanor battery tied to the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy.

Prosecutors said it's likely they will rest their case on Wednesday. It's unclear how long it will take Brooks to present his own defense.

I feel bad for the victims, their families & friends, and all the people who had to have been
witnesses to this unneeded bloodshed and I wish there was something I could do or say to
take away the hurt from everybody but I can't.

The man not doubt has mental issues but i don't care.

I'm going to assume jury selection was entertaining in this trial.

"Juror Candidate 13, I see you have brought seven loaded M-14 rifles, a blindfold and a pack of cigarettes with you when you appeared for jury selection. Will you be able to set aside your preconceived notions of the case and judge Mr. Brooks fairly on the merits?"

"Mr. Prosecutor, I was in attendance at the parade and observed the defendant mowing down little old ladies with his SUV. While I fully intend to rule him guilty as fuck and to recommend he be sentenced to be taken out back and shot before the sun goes down, I can set aside my notions and judge the case based on its merits...of which it has none."

"Okay. Are you aware that if we, in fact, did sentence him to be taken out back and shot you wouldn't be allowed to provide your own rifle, that you would have to use a government-owned one?"

"Uhh...I guess that's fine."

"You're foreman. Next candidate."
