Paying for murder is murder.
Also, based on the acceptance of the radicalized Republican premise, any Republican having an abortion is likewise guilty of murder and their photo could be substituted in the image in the OP.
The photo depicts a person who was not convicted of murder and, so far as I know, no one yet has been convicted of murder for an abortion.
