info at her fingertips, always defends Democrats and Dem policies. Asked about a younger woman asserting that the Dems need a whole new generation, Nancy just smiled and said, Just win (meaning, she made clear, do what it takes) and I am never bothered by criticism of myself.
And so it kept going. Challenged by Andrea about Biden not bringing the abortion bill to the Senate this minute, Nancy said, Do you think there are 10 Republican votes for it? Asked about the 1/6 Committee (more than once) she said, I do not interfere with the work of the Committee.
Between them, Nancy Pelosi and Pete Buttegieg could teach an incredible Masters Class in how its done.

(50,349 posts)on whether she would have punched trump if he came into the Capital and she said it was just big talk and he was too cowardly to actually do that. When Mitchell pushed again, the Speaker said yes, she would have punched him, would go to jail and would be happy. She totally owned that interview from beginning to end, imo.

(50,349 posts)nailed trump, pushed back on Mitchell's questions and showed how ridiculous her question on why Biden didn't push for the bill that will protect a woman's right to choose in this term. She asked Mitchell the question, 'You really don't think we would have gotten 10 repubs to vote for it, do you?' The Speaker is truly the master of all she chooses to do, imo.
I thought Mrs. Greenspan was going to retire. Her and her "but her emails!"
