I am so f**king sick and tired of the HATE, RACISM, SEXISM, AND BIGOTRY, that trump and the RETHUGS have brought to country.
I don't recommend people click on the link reporting this, but I am putting here because this is what Microsoft reported on their site.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/football-fans-showed-their-true-feelings-about-jill-biden-at-eagles-game/ar-AA136BG4?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=685fd31d9d504339b7b7885445679af8
It isn't a f**king exageration, but this country is following the same steps that led to hitler in nazi Germany.
They Germans made hitler chanclor, because they thought they could "control him". That worked out real well.
The repukes are following the same script
Here are the latest generic poll numbers, Democrats vs republicans:

Regardless how one feels about polls, the results indicate a dead heat, and that means that turnout will win or lose the election

(Truth be told, the handful of Flyers fans with whom I have interacted were very nice people. They were visiting another board I used to frequent, rooting for Kimmo Timonen to finally win a Stanley Cup after he was traded to the Blackhawks. He did. )

(2,190 posts)To make a mountain out of a molehill over Democrats. Once it's proven that the audio was doctored it will be reported on page 25 down in the corner of the newspaper somewhere, if they even report it at all.
It's how propaganda works and there are no constraints on lying propaganda in this country at all.

(3,492 posts)Some boos, some cheers. Eagle nation isnt partisan one way or the other. Half the fans arent from the city proper. South Jersey is Тяцмрland. Of course there were going to be boos.
The Flyers fans booed the piss out of Sarah Palin when the idiot owner brought her out for the ceremonial pick drop. That was not a mixed reaction.
At the end of the day, its meaningless.
Philly is as blue as it gets.

(6,974 posts)And when Irvin got injured that day, his career ended. And to think, the crowd was cheering and waving and heckling him on his way off the field, and you're right, that injury was horrifying. I saw it happen also. I was over a friend's house who had satellite that Sunday. Even if you weren't a doctor (I was an RN, until I was injured at work), you could sense and feel something was really wrong with Irvin. He still never criticized the fans though for enjoying his career-ending injury.

(8,739 posts)So sometimes they do not boo, they cheer, like when an opponent may be parlayed.
But gotta say, when trump strokes, shits his diapers and loses all bodily functions, this Cowboy fan will cheer, toss batterys and fling snowballs at any repug in sight.
Not much else for us to cheer for until Jerry Jones joins trump in hell.
Anyway, to you civil Philly fans, congrats, you guys have an amazing classy superstar rising QB that will haunt us and our billion dollar always injured, pressure freak out QB for years to come.
See ya in Jerry World Christmas Eve, so you can stick a pin in our season.
Philly fans would boo Jesus, the long haired, dark skinned, dress wearing, non English speaking, liberal, unemployed preacher living off of socialized contributions. Unless he takes one Philly Cheese stake and feeds millions in their state. But none for libs or the boo birds will fly.

Anyone associated with politics is getting booed with that going on. It was foolish for the White House to send her out to a game during the mid-terms.

(9,245 posts)...pushing NEGATIVITY about Democrats today. It's AS IF they got some edict from their corprat bosses to start talking down Democrats before midterms to help ensure they lose their asses. 6 or so HUGE corporations own all the media in the US. They HATE paying taxes, or being regulated and are all run by millionaires and billionaires who are buying up more an more of our media - including social media - every day. They PREFER Republican gov't. ALL of them.
Democrats have NO media presence compared to Republicans. Traditional or social. Except DU.

(3,859 posts)and there were a lot of fans standing and cheering. Booing tends to drown things out, but really, I didn't hear any booing and though I'm sure there were some there who did, it wasn't anywhere near as much as it was when Trump got roundly booed at a Washington Nationals game, or Pence in Indianapolis when his face appeared on the screen.

(3,495 posts)From Snopes: [link:https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/philadelphia-fans-boo-santa-claus/|
Even before it had barely begun, however, the halftime show started to go as awry as the Eagles season. A days worth of snow and the pounding cleats of large football players had turned much of the field to muck, and the float quickly got stuck in the mud, meaning Santa would have to abandon his traditional means of conveyance and parade around on foot instead. But Santa was nowhere to be found, the person hired to portray him (depending upon which report one believes) having been prevented from making it to Franklin Field due to either an excess of inclement weather or an excess of alcoholic refreshments. In a panic, the Eagles entertainment director, Bill Mullen, approached a fan sitting in the stands, 20-year-old Frank Olivo, to fill in for the absent Santa Claus. Olivo, who had worn a red corduroy Santa suit and a fake beard to the game, was given a large sack and tapped to weave down the field between two columns of Eaglettes, waving to the crowd as the brass band played Here Comes Santa Claus. Years later, Olivo recalled what happened next:
When I hit the end zone, and the snowballs started, I was waving my finger at the crowd, saying Youre not getting anything for Christmas,' Olivo recalled.
Oh, I got pelted, Olivo says. He remembers being hit by several dozen snowballs, which suggests that many of the upper-deck denizens were more accurate passers than [the Eagles quarterback]. I didnt mind, he says. I started kibitzing with some of the people throwing the snowballs.
Still, he had his limits. When I finished, Mr. Mullen asked if I wanted to do it again the next year, Olivo says. I told him, No way. If it doesnt snow, theyll probably throw beer bottles.

Philly has some deep red pockets, but fans are also coming from surrounding counties and even Jersey. I'm not surprised there are people boo'ing. That said, I wasn't there, but it didn't seem that major on TV.

(2,331 posts)I live a little north of Philly. Every time you turn on the TV it is nothing but political attack ads. No matter the time of day. People are sick of it regardless of party. It is relentless. It doesn't matter who they brought out associated with politics left or right they are getting booed because the only thing the folks in the stadium wanted to do was watch Dallas get their butts handed to them and drink beer. They didn't want to be reminded of the non-stop partisan politics that is going on their TVs and now text messages.

(15,286 posts)Anyway, FLOTUS is a local girl having grown up right outside the city (S NJ, Willow Grove, Hatboro). She's an Eagles fan, too, iirc. Heck, she even knows the words to "Fly Eagles, Fly", the team fight song. I'm sure there was booing when she was introduced, but also that she probably got a laugh out of it.
FTR, was at games where Steeler fans cheered when Bradshaw was carted off on a stretcher just before halftime and one where Pirate fans booed Clemente.
