Governor candidate, GA
What an incredible atmosphere in Athens today with so many young Georgians. Keep coming out and showing up. Your energy and your vote will bring hope back to Georgia.

I'm sure you have an strong feeling about her, but SHE DOESN'T NEED CASH. She has plenty. Other candidates don't.

(15,497 posts)The way to win in a state that leans Red is to say something a little bit conservative, or in this case stress the word Communist as bad. Now the conservatives who hate Trump can see that she's not far left at all. Hey, it might work.
Behind the Aegis
(53,994 posts)It reminded me of something I saw earlier. My brother sent a video of the former POS Squatter-in-Chief spewing his anti-Semitism, but before it played, there was an ad. I thought it was going to be for Gov. Shitt (er..Stitt), the current Oklahoma governor, because the person in the ad was a farmer with a deep Okie accent, but noooooooooo...it was anti-Shitt! He was complaining about him giving away land the size of Vermont to "foreigners" and the ad superimposed a version of the state of Vermont in the Chinese flag into the state of Oklahoma. I don't think it was a democratic ad, but an indie one, but "Communist China" has been making the rounds in OK, but directed at the Republicans! It is possible we may get a democratic governor. Hoffimister has jumped 20 points in the past month, and is one point behind Shitt.
Things are so strange. In OK, ALL of the challengers for the major positions (both Senate seats, representatives, and governor) are ALL women!
Anyway, I just had to drop that oddity here because of the Communist China comments.
