and it may have been the shorter version of this one (this one is over 2 minutes but the one I recall was much shorter).
Fetterman has been running ads all summer ON TV here in Philly. I have seen stuff on during MSNBC broadcasts in the late afternoon/evenings but I can imagine what is running on the local OTA channels (haven't watched those much if at all). I do hear them on the local news radio - KYW - in the early afternoons through drive-time (starting some time after 3 pm).
