Cohen said that Merrick Garland would rather not indict Donald Trump, but he now feels he must. He made the point about DOJ dragging its feet. He said that spies don't have to sneak into Mar-el-Loco and steal top secret nuclear documents, Trump will get on the phone to whoever and tell them, do you want this information, put 2 billion dollars in my Swiss bank account, put 2 billion dollars in Jared's hedge fund.

Cohen said that Trump doesn't care about the subpoena, he will never turn over documents or testify.

Cohen said that people act as if Trump is a stupid buffoon, but he is an evil genius. Cohen said that Trump was so underestimated as to the harm he did to our country. He said that Trump made America weak and when America is weak, the world is weak, and expecting President Biden to fix everything in 2 years is idiotic. He said that President Biden has done a good job but it will take time to fix what Trump did.

Cohen said that Trump should have been stopped long ago, he should have been nailed for a low hanging crime, like tax evasion. Cohen then blasted Alvin Bragg for letting Trump off the hook.

There was a heavy emphasis on how time matters. Cohen feels that Trump should be arrested now, regardless of the upcoming election. He said that Trump isn't going to wait until after the election to sell the top secret documents he stole.

Cohen said that DOJ should have searched every Trump property, should have searched Eric and Jr.'s and Jared's house.

I understand that Cohen is pushing his book, but he knows Trump pretty well.

We now know that Trump stole documents that reveal sources and methods and that means that our overseas spies are going to be killed, can we afford to wait? The last sentence was my thought.
