Pennsylvania Republican Senate nominee Mehmet Oz loaned his campaign another $1 million, according to federal campaign documents filed Thursday.
Oz, a former television personality, has tapped into his personal finances throughout his highly competitive Senate race. He previously loaned $7 million to his campaign in the third quarter of the year, which ended in September, according to Federal Election Commission records.
In total, Oz has contributed $22 million toward his campaign and raised roughly $9 million in the third quarter.
Oz's opponent, Democratic Lt. Governor John Fetterman, raised $22 million in the third quarter of 2022, according to Federal Election Commission records.

Jared Polis spent something like 20m of his own money to get elected Governor, however he also didn't take PAC money, and limits what individual donors can give to him as well. in Polis' case, he has hundreds of millions, and wants to make peoples lives better.
