The Department of Justice is really, really bad at prosecuting rich white politically-connected criminals. Just look at it's track record over the years. A group of politically connected individuals (deja vu) tried to overthrow the government in the early forties...Congressmen were directly involved with freaking nazis...none of them ever went to jail as far as I know. This was not in any of the history books that I read, but it did indeed happen. The only reason I know about it is because Rachel Maddow is a pit-bull in horn-rim glasses.
