19. Someone posted an article about the rally, last night, which included some videos that were a good

example of how sick these characters are. One included a preacher, I think (hard to tell as he was screaming so much) that I tried to copy/paste to DU, but didn't succeed.

This guy worked the crowd into a frenzy of nearly fainting, hands in the air (couldn't tell how many fingers they were using), some on their knees and apparently crying to be taken in the rapture. This crazy guy started "riding a horse" like a little boy galloping with his hobby horse across the stage, which only brought on more frenzy and joy.

I doubt many people on DU can make sense out of what they are deeply into. Our minds work differently.

They are always popping up around here in rural TN. But the ones that get standing room only are the ones with Trump flags out front.

They are crowded loud and filled with loudspeaker voices praising a god and Trump. I understand from some folks that they make tons of money off the rubes who go watch.

I honestly can't phantom the appeal of those revivals..well I understand getting carried away and buying into the emotions of the crowd. I just don't understand going back again and again to be swept in up in such silliness. And to lose more money.
