(15,943 posts)Intimidation works both ways.
Record their activities, watch out for the vehicles they drive and take note of the license plate.
Lets beat them at their own game.

(28,476 posts)Who's watching the watchers? We all should be.
aware we have ever had drop boxes in our state. I live in a suburb of a larger city. Maybe they had them in rural areas at one time-just dont know. Now they made a law this year we would never be allowed to have drop boxes.

(6,017 posts)Of course, that assumes law enforcement cares to stop them. But if it doesn't, don't publicize the attempt until a bit later, so as not to embolden others. If enough of us do it when we see it, it could make a difference.

The Voting Rights Act of 1965, which prohibited intimidation, threats, and coercion. Is Voter Intimidation a Felony? Yes. A person found guilty of violating the federal voter intimidation law could be sentenced to up to one year in prison and up to a $1,000 fine. What Is Voter Intimidation?
Report. Post on social media. Out them.
MarineCombatEngineer
(12,385 posts)as long as they're not on the property and are not saying anything to the voters or brandishing their firearms, then they're doing nothing illegal, we have "constitutional" carry in this state, no permit required to own, open carry and concealed carry.
cbabe
(3,544 posts)feel threatened.
White guy standing around with a noose is threatening even if nothing else happens.
So an armed gang can be threatening.
Let the fbi make the decision.
Plus you can still out them
if theyre so proud they should be happy to tell you their names
MarineCombatEngineer
(12,385 posts)all I'm saying is that they are well within AZ's open carry laws as of right now.
Don't forget that this is a pretty red area in AZ so the vast majority of voters in this area are probably on their side.
SYFROYH
(34,170 posts)It depends on state law, but I would think that if they are outside the polling property and AZ open carry laws would protect them.
Do you read something different in the law.
MarineCombatEngineer
(12,385 posts)and you're absolutely correct, as long as they're off property and aren't brandishing their firearms in any threatening manner, they are well within AZ open carry laws.
