The earlier you bank your vote, the more time Democrats can spend GOTV'ing for others that haven't yet voted or may be inclined not to vote at all.

Does your state not have a way to check the status of your mail-in vote? I live in a red state cesspool and even it allows me to check to make sure that my mail-in absentee ballot was recieved.

Voting for Mitch McConnell. Yet he overwhelmingly won. Nobody knows how. The same will go for Rand Paul, I'm sure.

Polling was discussed. Texas is a difficult state to poll and there are a ton of new voters who are just now registered and active. The recent poll is helpful but I agree with the OP. Ignore poling and GOTV

I'm barely even watching news at this point because it's ridiculous. I am, however, going to be a poll worker for early voting and election day and do text banking.

Other options include canvassing with fellow Democrats, writing letters/postcards to voters, phone banking.
