She's very liberal on social issues (especially abortion) and wants to vote for Democrats, but she's under 18 until December.

It is now up to the states to decide. But if a constitutional amendment is passed or if all the states legalize
abortions, then it won't matter. But some states are awful, and couldn't care about women's rights. Do they?
Also, I have no children if that is what you are saying.

Maybe instead of scolding women, you could do some GOTV with your male family & friends & lend a hand holding our democratic majorities in Congress.

And look what happened to that. The right to vote is not assured.

I'm a woman, and frankly, I'm pissed off that too many of my own sex are so apathetic. Especially the younger generation, which tends to vote in far smaller proportions than us baby boomers. Young ladies, you're about to lose your right to bodily autonomy, and frankly, it's partly your fault for not getting your butts to the voting booth. What's that you say? You're too busy? Too busy doing what?

I'm old, so I won't be around to watch women's rights go backwards. But too many young women, who are going to bear the brunt of this shift back to the dark ages, just let it happen. And they'll have no right to whine about it.
