Russia laying the ground for false flag

NBC News: Earlier today Russian Defense Minister Shoigu had a call with US Secretary of Defense Austin (and also the UK) saying Ukraine is planning a false flag operation.

A US official tells @ckubeNBC it appears Shoigu is setting up a pretext to justify an escalation by Russia
