If anyone was worried that Sarah Palin was going to win the race for Alaska's congressional seat rest assured you can breathe easier now. That race is over with Murkowski's endorsement of her longtime friend and Democrat, Mary Peltola.

(1,603 posts)that Lisa Murkowsi runs as an independent, then caucuses with the Democrats when she's next up for election, or that she simply crosses the aisle. I understand the reasoning for her as an R, but she has to be getting tired of being one.

I'd say in terms of performance, she's right down on the bottom.
