The piece of shit thought someone was breaking in or some other stupid thing because the pos was too stupid to get it's halloween and could be kids looking for candy or maybe just didn't care and wanted to use his gun.

It wasn't always that way but the last few years the traffic has picked up. Thankfully most parents know better than to venture down here. We don't even turn on our lights anymore.

A lot of parents are so wary of the ridiculous traffic endangering their kids (we get over 500 every Halloween) on the sidewalks in our neighborhood that they drive them between each house, like 50 feet to the house next door. So they literally contribute to the car problem by trying to be safer. Thankfully I haven't heard of anyone be hurt though.
