Pramila Jayapal on peace talks with Kremlin over Ukraine

The Democrats who are calling on President Biden to hold peace talks with kremlin.
Why would you even suggest this , Example Bucha rape of a young child three years old by Russian soldier or they rape young girls.
I have read where they the Russian army used electrocution on Ukrainian Women's soldiers breast and vagina as they were prisoners of war to interrogate these soldiers.

At first in February I had sympathy for Russian soldiers as former infantry soldier. I’m old man now 56 the Russians didn’t want to be in Ukraine. Yet after I read of Russian army rapes and torture of Ukrainians the Russians are not army professional they’re scum so we do not try and broker a peace. We arm Ukraine to keep Ukrainian army on offensive to kill Russians.

other 29 signers and realised it NOW, with no consultations, no heads up, no chance to revise it as the situation is now much worse than in June/July when it was signed/written.

What a foolish move by her, a person who I thought was far more savvy than that.

Or for a random third nation (Russia, perhaps?) to mediate peace talks between the U.S. and Iraq?

Yeah, probably damn near zero. They were calling the U.S. imperialistic aggressors and demanded we leave immediately. Why do some of these progressives seem to have such a hard time condemning Russia with the same forcefulness they condemned us for our actions in Iraq? And while there were certainly some inexcusable atrocities committed by Americans in Iraq, there are many more and even more horrendous acts being committed by Russia in Ukraine. Again, why is this so difficult for a certain segment of them to condemn?

When I lived in King County Pramilla was my rep and I thought the world of her. Now not so much. I would like to see a list of all 30 Dems who signed this letter. I am sick to my stomach over this. If I still lived in Seattle I would never vote for her again.

I would defer to the judgement of the victims of Russian atrocity rather than those who seem content with giving away a chunk of someone else's country (Musk, Jayapal or anyone else)
