If Dems win House and Senate, I call for impeachment of Clarence Thomas. At least give it a try. (Original Post) Samrob Oct 2022 OP

A far better use of time would be to expand the court , and pass a SCOTUS bill of ethics Fiendish Thingy Oct 2022 #10

The Senate will not convict but high-profile scrutiny is in order towards this anti-democracy pair, and it will serve as an "on notice" call to the rest of the out-of-control yet full of themselves SCOTUS Taliban.

He definitely should be brought down on ethics violations. I don't know if that's enough to remove him from the bench. One year he and his wife left out hundreds of thousands of dollars in income on their taxes. I don't remember what year it was. It might be too late to make him pay for that. He wouldn't be embarrassed about it. The man has no shame. I don't think the public has an appetite for another impeachment that goes nowhere. He's probably doing more shit now that he could be investigated for. Find it.

But it was not reported on his financial disclosure form as a government employee.

Tax fraud would be a nice thing to nail him on though!

It was a lot of money, more than a SCOTUS Justice makes, probably. Maybe it would be better to go after Ginny in order to get to him. It would be nice, but I don't know how it would be perceived by the public. I'd like to see all of Clarence and Ginny's deeds aired out in front of the nation.

SOON enough. Don't waste time or energy on that big bull-frog looking thing.

He'll say he's sick and have to step away to protect his big, hideous, wife Brunhilde because the Jan. 6th committee have the goods on that tReasonous ass.

With forfeiture of salary for violating the ethics laws (determined by, perhaps, and Inspector General).

Impeaching Thomas would be a complete waste of time, but investigating and referring his wife for prosecution would not be.
