Yes Mr Fetterman struggled because of his condition yet I like I feel voters minds were made up before debate in their choice.
Vote for John Fetterman a kind decent family man who truly has a good heart and will fight for American middle class.
Or vote for the puppy killing grifter from joisey who thinks incest is ok and also pushed penis enhancement cures.

(21,363 posts)the Fetterman/Oz polls are propaganda polls. The Magats must keep the polls tight to use it as an argument when they claim there was fraud in Philadelphia. They tell us what they are going to do, we should believe them.
You bet wife and my minds were made up, we already voted for Fetterman/Shapiro.

(12,863 posts)I agree theyll cry fraud over senate and governor race. Im voting Wednesday the adams county election office.

(3,245 posts)Trump did it in 2020.
They filed god knows how many lawsuits, all but a very, very minor one laughed out of court.
But you know what they never did, put their money where their mouths were. In PA, the only way for an automatic recount is if the margin is less than .5%. After that, if a campaign wants to call for a recount, they have to pay for it. And it's county by county.
Does anyone remember any recounts? Certainly not in Philly or Pittsburgh. That's where the vast majority of votes in the state are.
They just bitched and complained for the free press and talking points. And they still are.

(2,267 posts)I don't believe the polls anymore. How can Hershel be that close to Warnock? Walker couldn't handle the job of village idiot.

(68,607 posts)favorite liar poll-well actually there are two were the national post about ohio and Pa where the sample size was 596 for Ohio and 750 for PA...yeah-bullshit liar's poll. Some of these pollsters are not going to recover their reputation after this.

(40,212 posts)People who are going to use Fetterman's communication issues as an excuse not to vote for him would have found another reason to not vote for him if he hadn't had a stroke.
People are going to vote for Fetterman because of the votes they know he will cast in the Senate. End of story.

(68,607 posts)where he said a woman and her doctor had to consult political people in her state...Twitter is blowing up and some of them are quite amusing. Jim Messina said on Morning Joe that was the sound byte that would be remembered. And I agree.

(3,584 posts)Lt. Gov. Fetterman showed so much more insight and clarity in that debate than magat Herschel Walker did in his. The Lizard of Oz is a non-Pennsylvanian who knows nothing about that state's problems and he is a fraud, a dog killer and a stupid man who wants political leaders in the examining room with a woman and her doctor. That alone should disqualify him and I believe most - if not all - PA women will not vote for him in ROEvember.

(10,208 posts)"There should not be involvement from the federal government in how states decide their abortion decisions...As a physician, Ive been in the room when theres some difficult conversations happening. I dont want the federal government involved with that at all.
Then he added: I want women, doctors, local political leaders, letting the democracy thats always allowed our nation to thrive, putting the best ideas forward so states can decide for themselves.

(59,504 posts)The man in his 70s who stuttered beat several very articulate candidates easily as well spoken as Oz, with the additional qualities of being good, kind people.
The choice is actually very very clear in PA and I think most people in PA know what they get with both. I also wonder how the clear enough for you, John crack plays. How many people experienced something like that themselves? Just being older, with gray hair has sometimes leads to being subjected to people talking down to me. It is not a good feeling and I wonder if many people have dealt with this their whole lives.
It is funny that in that way, Oz is the opposite of Trump, Limbaugh etc who signal to the least intellectual of their base that they are smart ... including smarter than the elite who make them feel stupid.

(10,208 posts)If Pennsylvanians want a smooth-talking Republican snake oil salesman, they'll vote for Oz. Pundits will focus on Fetterman's aphasia because it's what they do.

(218 posts)Mehmet talked rapidly and in circles. I don't know how they managed to get his words on the board. I think this was a deliberate attempt to make things difficult for Fetterman.
This was not a debate. It was an assassination attempt. Maybe he was hoping to bring on another stroke. Oz didn't answer questions he speed-skated around them and then challenged the moderators again and again by going over his time and speaking over Fetterman.
What a disgrace.

(7,754 posts)wants it to be a local issue. Women in the military can get abortions. If they are in a state that doesn't allow them, they will be flown to a state that does.

(26,749 posts)He signed an order that nibbles around the edges in the very narrow scenarios where a president can act unilaterally... but it was only a minor blow in "protecting abortion nationally".
Not his fault. He's doing all that he can.

(7,754 posts)an abortion in a state where it is illegal can be flown to a state where it is legal.

(15,286 posts)have seen clips. What I saw wasn't nearly as bad as all the pundits are yammering about.
It's clear Fetterman isn't a great public speaker. Like he's done in interviews, he's rushing to get all his points in. He definitely needs to slow down when responding to questions.
