Why it doesn't matter what position Republicans take on any issue?

Because their voters do not vote on "issues". They vote for their "tribe".

If politicians are not a true member of the tribe, then they are thrown overboard. The only thing that matters is the "R" at the end of their name and their full-throated support for the former president.

It doesn't really matter where they stand on abortion, taxes, education, or democracy, so long as they are a loyal member of the tribe.

The incumbent Republicans understand that they can take any position on any issue so long as it does not disagree with the "tribe" or the Cult Leader.

The Republican Party has been completely brainwashed. That is why, once again, they will not have a platform for their Party this year. They don't need a platform. They only need to prove their loyalty.

People like Ron DeSantis and MTG will get their loyal support but they won’t have the same power that Trump has.

ignorance, the ramifications of fascism.

All you have to do is pick up a paper and read about what goes on in fascist states. Today, for example, people in Belarus are being imprisoned for talking negatively (publically) about the Russian soldiers in Belarusian hospitals. Turn the page and there’s another story about votes being meaningless, rights demolished, freedom gone.

How much information does one need to utilize their brain to decipher the truth? And this, my friend, is what worries me the most. They can’t see the forest for the trees. Many of them may indeed be fixated on a central issue that’s important to them, blocking out all else that can’t penetrate their thick sculls. They don’t realize or understand the magnitude of what’s on the line, and for that, I fear that our future will be tumultuous for quite a while before it gets better.

Don’t throw me out for saying this (I apologize in advance), but democrats have needed to up our game for too long now. We need to fight back like our lives depend on it, or face what Hitler did to millions just because “he” thought it was the thing to do.

Across the board. I don't care if the Dem is a DINO or a Goldamn Soshlyst Feminazi. I've never voted for a Republican, and I never will.

I'd imagine most Repukes are the same way now.

The difference is that I have actual reasons, and theirs are phantoms.
