🔥 Recall alert: Kia Sportage owners told to park outside 🔥

https://www.whio.com/news/trending/recall-alert-kia-sportage-owners-told-park-outside/OEOXY6JT5JBTDBJDMY3PLXYHUA/

Kia is once again telling owners of older Sportage SUVs to park them outside and away from structures because there have been additional reports of engine fires.

The latest recall affects almost 72,000 2008 and 2009 Sportages, The Associated Press reported.

This is the second time the vehicles have been recalled after it was found that a fire could start near a hydraulic engine control device.

The fires can start when the SUV is running or when it is turned off, according to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

About to be stolen when she came out of a store, went to her car, opened the door and discovered a carjacker hot wiring her car. Middle of the afternoon in Milwaukee. She yanked him out of her Kia Soul and he ran away. Kias are being stolen left and right in Milwaukee because of the way they are wired. . Now, they are catching on fire?! What the heck, Kia?! Maybe it’s time to switch from car making to pillow making or shoe making. I would not drive a Kia even for free.
