If he allows RW wingnuts to post lies, verbal assaults and other major negatives attacks and insults, then I'm gone.

But the signs should be obvious before too long as to what Musk allows to be posted and what he takes down. If it remains the platform of choice for the big shots, it can probably put up with a lot of nonsense. But if it goes all cesspool, the folks who make it profitable (that would be you and everyone else who isn't a big shot) will leave in droves.

I understand your conflicted feelings. I believe, though, that Musk and the other Twitter users will resolve that conflict in due time.
