Competitive House Races, according to 538 “toss-up” or “leans D or R”. If the Democrats win a majority of these, we will almost certainly keep the House --

Amanda Adkins is insane and they're really hitting her with her statement about supporting a total abortion ban, even if live is in jeopardy.

5. Pennsylvania 17th district - I have conflicted feelings about it

Conor Lamb is the current Representative from the 17th. He voluntarily gave it up in order to run for the open Senate seat in Pennsylvania. He ran in the primary against John Fetterman and lost. Well it's understandable that Lamb lost because Fetterman was the better candidate. But now we don't have Lamb after the end of this year.

Chris Deluzio is the Dem candidate for the 17th District, and it's a tossup - a very tight race. If it had been Conor Lamb, I believe he'd win it in a walk. It breaks my heart that this is happening. Chris Deluzio is a good candidate, but this district leans red. It will be a squeaker, whoever wins this.

Why should a successfully re-elected Congressman have to give up his seat in order to take a chance in the primary for a different job? It doesn't seem fair.
