voting today

Kinda wish there was a line, although I hate standing in them.

Very quiet, and -I dunno - maybe sixty DeSantis signs on the road leading up. Didn’t see ANY Crist signs, but I’m hoping my ‘blue’ oasis (Orlando) didn’t require any.

It was relatively early, so maybe things will pick up after church lets out.

One very touching moment- a young woman did come in as we were leaving, and the poll workers cheered her- it was her first time voting.
Actually brought a tear to this ragged old cynic.

same thing happened. There was a young woman who was voting for her first time and like your polls workers they cheered for her and thanked her, too. I dropped off my mail in ballot yesterday afternoon.
