She was followed by Pres Obama in a campaign clip, who made me spit coffee all over my keyboard. His comment on Hershel Walker...priceless. Pres Obama says: You're in the Atlanta airport and Walker is spotted. Can you imagine people saying, "Hey, he's a Heisman Trophy winner -- let's let him fly the plane!!!"

Add to that a lovely voice, a sense of humor and amazing communication skills. He also has no problem laughing at himself or speaking the plain truth. When he used the word shellacking after the 2010 midterms, I had new respect for him. In summary, he’s comfortable in his own skin.

11. And, IMO, his body language is so good.

The voice, the smile, and his body language -- the way he leans into the audience...like he is directly speaking -- and individually so -- to each person who is there. Even a heckler...he may deflect what was said and toss it off, but it is never cruel or abusive nor does his body tighten up in offense or anger.

Yep, totally comfortable in his own skin...and a total class act! Gads, so nice to see him!

Only afterward do I realize how tense my body gets when I’m angry… and living in Cowboys for Trump county gives me lots of opportunities to remain calm like Obama but I don’t.
I’m trying to calm my breathing (long, slow exhales or 4-7-8 breaths) so I’m improving but it doesn’t come naturally.
