I was almost disappointed NM hadn't come up with at least one goon outside the polling place.

Then again, it's a dark blue area in a pale blue state, goons know they'd be sliced and diced by smart people using WORDS on them.

in South Africa at Christmas time. The lodge we were staying at arranged for Christmas dinner out in the bush. After dinner while riding in the jeep type vehicle back to the lodge, we were slowly overtaken by a pride of lions, all females with their cubs, as the males were out hunting since it was dark. They just walked past the jeep very nonchalantly and it was magical. I could have reached down and patted one on the back, but we were instructed never to touch any animals we encounter while away from the lodge.
