use chaos so that people call for more control. It is easier and more effective to get people to call for the stability which comes from the control of a Strong Leader than it is to impose control over those same people.

we're covering the speech, I found a CBS site with a video link labelled "watch the presidents's speech live here."

But I chose to watch it on PBS instead.

Maybe CBS only offered it online, not on local stations.
