There is only 1 party trying to stop you from voting.

There is only 1 party trying to control the bodies of women.
There is only 1 party trying to take away your HealthCare.
There is only 1 party that doesn't want you to go to college.
There is only 1 party that lied about COVID and killed 1 million people.
There is only 1 party that attacked the capitol.
There is only 1 party that is thumbing their noses at the law.
There is only 1 party that protects the rich and powerful at all costs.
There is only 1 party that lies every time it opens it's collective mouth.
There is only 1 party attacking voter rights.
There is only 1 party attacking civil rights.
There is only 1 party threatening to kill everyone they hate.

On Edit:

There is only 1 party flooding our country with guns.
There is only 1 party blocking any sensible gun control laws.
There is only 1 party deliberately worsening the climate crisis.
There is only 1 party bulldozing over the separation of church and state.
This is only 1 party trying to steal your Social Security/Medicare.

That party is the REPUBLICAN PARTY.

There is only one party denying climate change and attempting to reverse environmental protections.

Thanks for posting!

Longest I've ever had to wait in line. Over an hour in line. This is a small rural county.

'When do we get to use the guns?’: The ongoing danger of false fraud claims

“When do we get to use the guns?”

Members of the audience applauded.

“No, and I’m not — that’s not a joke,” he continued. “I’m not saying it like that. I mean, literally, where’s the line? How many elections are they going to steal before we kill these people?”

Kirk’s response was not, as you might hope, a strident rejection of the premise. He argued that an embrace of violence was what the left wanted, allowing for the creation of “Patriot Act 2.0.” (The original Patriot Act was not a project of the political left, as some will recall.) When the questioner asked “where the line” was, Kirk didn’t say that there was no line that would warrant the use of gun violence for political purposes, instead suggesting that the next step was for states to reject federalism.

Trying to reconcile decent people identifying as republican. What is it that they don't get about this? Anyone who votes republican, votes in favor of all the things on your list. And they've been duped by right-wing lies & the media to believe that repubs are better at the economy. You know what kind of economy repubs are good at? A bubble economy. One where those at the top have inside info & access & make a killing before the house of cards collapses on all the little people. Dems on the other hand, try to create an economy for everyone. Or at the very least, they throw a few more crumbs toward the working/middle class. How so many people fell for the idea that spending money on our fellow citizens is a waste, but giving huge subsidies to corporations who then sell their goods to us at profit, is okay, I'll never know. I knew a lot of Reagan dems back in the day.

It’s really a cult of personality. Read about the rise of Hitler. The same kind of people followed him.

It's been all downhill from there.

Just to clarify - I've been of legal voting age since 1972 and I have NEVER voted for a Republican. But I do come from a Midwestern family that was proudly Republican back in the days of Eisenhower. The GOP chased out leaders with good ideas long ago. Now they're the party of nothing but hatred, greed and stupidity.
