(53,785 posts)He was a straight line runner, which gets you tackled quicker. He did help the Dallas Cowboys get better though...when he got traded by coach Jimmie Johnson. They got seven players for him IIRC, which lead to their three Super Bowl wins in the '90s.

All that Senate detail work involving reading and listening will bore him stiff -- even if his staff dutifully tells him how to vote and he manages to keep a staff. He's imagining the power that goes with the office, not the monotony, and he'll be in trouble within the first two years.
